What to do
When you buy £150 worth of Columbia Ski clothing, we will send you a voucher for one free flight to one of the following destinations: Basel/Mulhouse, Geneva, Gerona, Grenoble or Milan (Incl Bergamo).

When you get the voucher, follow the instructions to book your free flight. You can book other people on the same flight with you, but they will have to pay the usual rate.

Vouchers must be received by 31st January 2010 and all travel must be completed by 31st March 2010. This offer is not valid for travel during the Christmas, New Year, Easter, Bank Holidays and school half term periods. Applications received after 31st January 2010 cannot be processed.

You can only use one voucher per household.

If you want to return your ski clothing for a refund, you must also return the unused voucher
Terms and Conditions
1. This voucher entitles the qualifying holder to one return economy flight, including airport taxes and service charges, to one of the following destinations - Basel/Mulhouse, Geneva, Gerona, Grenoble or Milan (Incl Bergamo).
2. Offer starts 1st November. While vouchers last from our participating retail partners.
3. This promotion is operated on behalf of the promoter by Landround Travel Limited ("Landround"), a company registered in the UK with registered address The Quadrant, Sealand Road, Chester, Cheshire CH1 4QR.
4. The offer is open to residents of the UK and Republic of Ireland only aged 18 and over.
5. The departure airports for this promotion will be Bristol, Dublin, East Midlands, Glasgow, Liverpool, a London airport (Gatwick, Heathrow, Luton or Stansted), Manchester or Newcastle. Other airports may be available at a supplement.
6. Direct flights may not be available from all departure airports to the listed destinations and non-direct flights may incur a supplement and may necessitate a stopover.
7. The routes available will depend on the destination, time of travel and airline used. The airline used will be at the sole discretion of Landround. All flights are subject to promotional availability.
8. Any additional extras, such as baggage and airport check-in, priority boarding, transfers or airport parking etc. must be paid for in full at time of booking.
9. Additional passengers may travel with the voucher holder at the best available rates. All passengers must travel together on the same outbound and return flights.
10. Only one voucher may be used per household/booking.
11. The voucher holder must give three alternative destinations and three different months of travel on their flight voucher. Vouchers with incomplete information will not be processed.
12. Payments made by credit card (for extra passengers or extra payable services) will be subject to a 2% charge for UK passengers only.
13. It is strongly recommended that adequate travel insurance is purchased to cover all passengers on this booking. Landround will be pleased to assist you with your travel insurance requirements but this is not compulsory. However, the service provider cannot be held responsible should you fail to take out adequate travel insurance. By confirming a booking with the service provider you are agreeing, on behalf of all passengers, to this contract. You will be asked in the course of the booking process to confirm that you have read and accept this.
14. It is the voucher holder’s responsibility to ensure that they and all members of their party have a valid passport or other accepted travel document to travel to their chosen destinations and visas where necessary. At least 6 months validity at the time of re entry to The ROI is required on a passport or travel document.
15. The voucher instructions (HOW TO BOOK) and all other information stated within this document also form part of the terms and conditions of this offer.
16. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or used in any other way than that described. Photo copies of vouchers or vouchers which are defaced or illegible will not be processed.
17. No cancellations or amendments by the voucher holder are possible after confirmation of your booking. No refund of any monies paid will be possible.
18. Landround cannot be held responsible for any alterations or cancellations to flight schedules, routes and destinations and reserve the right to use alternative suppliers. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer without notice in the event of war, terrorism, earthquake, catastrophe or similar event.
19. A minimum of 40 days advance notice before your earliest requested month of travel is required. A maximum length of stay of 30 days applies.
20. There can be no guarantee that the service provider will have your requested choices of destinations and/or dates available at time of booking, nor can travel be guaranteed on a specific route or on a specific date or time.
21. The Free Flight voucher can only be used by the person to whom it is issued and cannot be resold or given away. Landround reserves the right to question the ownership of vouchers. Original proof of purchase will be required to be submitted with this voucher. If you would like this returned to you, please indicate on the Booking Request Form in the space provided and remember to enclose a stamped, self-addressed envelope with your Booking Request Form otherwise it will not be returned.
22. Items purchased during the promotional period are eligible for alternative Columbia exchange only, unless faulty. No refunds will be given.
23. The free flight voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other voucher or promotion.
24. Proof of posting is not accepted as proof of receipt. No responsibility can be accepted for lost or damaged vouchers. Lost vouchers cannot be replaced.

26. The voucher holder will be contacted with an offer of an outbound and return flight. Once a flight offer has been made, you must confirm your acceptance. Flights cannot be held.
27. Landround reserves the right to offer the redeeming customers ancillary, travel related products to complement their flight booking, such as hotels and excursions during the course of the redemption process. No obligation to buy these products will be inferred at any time.
28. Please be aware that some airline companies may be running their own unrelated reduced flight offers at the time you are applying with your voucher. It is always worth checking to see whether any of these offers are available before you use your flight voucher and whether you could make better savings.
29. The promoter is Columbia Sportswear Ltd. This promotion is closed to any employee (or related family member of an employee) of Columbia Sportswear Ltd.

31. If necessary, Landround may vary these terms and conditions and we will endeavor to give you as much notice as reasonably possible. Any variations will not affect any confirmed bookings
