FREE DELIVERY on orders over £35

If your order is over £35 then you will get FREE DELIVERY to most addresses within mainland UK.

Unfortunately, for those of you who live in the more romote locations of the UK where our carriers charge us extra for delivery, we will have to charge a little extra to cover this cost.

Excluded UK Addresses

The addresses which lie outside our normal delivery area are:

Northern Ireland,
All UK offshore destinations
The following postcodes in Scotland:
HS, IV, KW, ZE, AB except AB1-AB20, PA except PA1-PA19, PH except PH1-PH3)

Delivery Options

For all destinations, we usually use either Royal Mail or DHL depending on weight and value. Goods despatched by Royal Mail normally arrive within 2 to 4 days; those sent by DHL usually take 2 days.

When your goods have been despatched we will email you.

Missed Delivery

If you are unable to receive your goods or have missed our courier they will leave a card with details for you to call and re-arrange delivery,

Returning Goods

If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by email to orders@winwood-outdoor.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you; or

You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 21 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.

We cannot accept goods if the product has been used unless the product is fauly

If on delivery the goods are faulty, incorrect or damaged, we will meet the cost of return post or arrange a pick up of the goods. For smaller, lower value goods we would expect you to post the goods back to us using Royal Mail. When we rerceive the goods we will reimburse your costs.

Please ensure that the goods are suitably packaged to prevent damage in transit. Returned goods which are not suitably packaged will not be accepted.
