I ordered a Gelert 100L pioneer bag over the phone on Wednesday and it was delivered to my parents in the Lake District this morning. The staff I spoke to on Wednesday were superb. They answered my queries about the bag and obviously dispatched it quickly. The fact that you could organise delivery so quickly is a bonus- I need to the bag to go on holiday at the end of next week. A couple of the major chains I spoke to were quoting 10days, not to mention they were more expensive.
