PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept returns of boots that have been used - this includes a hike down the garden path to test them. Please try your boots on at home, have a wander about the living room or maybe up the stairs to give them an authentic test. If you are unhappy with the fit we will refund or replace them provided they are returned with their packaging and in the same condition you received them.
Our boots are sold at the cheapest possible price. To keep the cost down, when you are returning boots to be replaced by another size, can you include postage of £4.90 for the return pair. This still means that if you make a mistake on the boot size, the cost of returning a pair and receiving an alternative is still cheaper than buying the boots elsewhere at the recommended retail price.
