The Siltarp is an extremely versatile tarp made from ultralight waterproof nylon.
This 30 denier parachute ripstop nylon with silicon impregnation weighs only 1.35 oz per sq yd. It is incredibly strong and resilient. The Siltarp is designed to be used in conjunction with a bivy as a cooking or gear storage shelter. The Siltarp sets up on hiking poles, can be slung from trees or attached as an awning to a tent or hooped bivy. It offers 40 sq.ft (3.7sq.m) of coverage.

The Siltarp has 16 lightweight webbing tie loops sewn on the corners and edges, and one reinforced loop in the center. The loops facilitate the number of different set ups. The Siltarp has no seams and therefore requires no seam sealing.

The Integral Designs Silshelter Bug Liner is designed to be in conjunction with the Silshelter, or as a stand-alone refuge from bugs. Set up is on a single trekking pole (handle fits into pole cup at apex of shelter). The bug screen is a grey netting. The floor is bathtub-shaped with 2” high side walls to keep out any ground water. Floor fabric is a lightweight 70 denier urethane-coated taffeta nylon with no seams. Corner loops are made with 1/2 nylon webbing with ladder lock adjustments to tension off the same stakes that anchor the Silshelter. Corners are seam taped. Entry is through a ‘D-shaped’ 60” zippered door. Three tie loops at the foot end enable the foot end to be elevated. A single loop above the pole cap enables the front to be staked out.

This ultra lightweight multi-purpose poncho offers rain protection when being worn or slept under. Edges are fitted with light webbing tie loops and snap closures so it can be used as a tarp or turn it into a makeshift bivy, pack cover or sleeping bag cover.
Made with 30 denier parachute ripstop nylon with silicon impregnation which weighs only 1.35 oz per sq yd. This fabric is incredibly strong and resilient. There are 12 light weight nylon webbing tie loops on the corners and along the edges for versatile tarp set up.

The Poncho hood is located in the centre, and has a drawcord adjustment / closure. When worn as a poncho there is 4 ft of coverage down the wearer's front and 4 ft down the back. The poncho extends 2 1/2 ft on each side across the shoulders and arms. The back and front of the poncho can be snapped together at waist and thigh level to prevent flapping in the wind. 4 Snaps are installed into the edge of the poncho through the webbing loops. The bottom edge of the poncho has a shock cord installed to enable the poncho to be snugged around the bottom of a backpack and tied off around the wearer's waist for security in windy conditions..

The more bulky your sleeping bag, the bigger your backpack will need to be. By compressing your sleeping bag you can travel with a smaller pack, or a pack that is better balanced. This will make a huge difference to comfort and fatigue.
Silcoat nylon is tough, water-resistant and very slippery, making it easy to slide a sleeping bag in and out. The sack has a reinforced drawcord top and cord lock closure. With 1/2" nylon webbing straps (3/4" on Large size) and ladderlock buckles, the sack can be compressed evenly. The lid and base are reinforced with 200 D oxford nylon. The bottom pull strap makes it easy to remove a stuffed down bag

Caution: never leave a sleeping bag in a compression stuff sack for extended periods, as it will reduce the longevity of the insulation.
