This down sleeping bag is constructed in a H chamber, a classic, light and proven construction. The down is held in compartment formed by sloping walls. This prevents all thermal bridging between the outside fabric and the inside lining.
Down filling gives a better weight/heat ratio than synthetic fibre filling. It is very compressible. Goose down is more resistant and warmer than duck down. A 90/10 down ratio contains 90% down (which provides the thermal qualities) and 10% feathers.
